First question: Just got the Total Studio 3.5 Max. One of the libraries, Hitmaker- Synthwave, doesn't display any categories or instruments despite the library showing up on the left column. I have tried to reinstall it several times and it's still not showing up. I have no idea how to uninstall IKM programs/libraries, so I went into the individual folders to manually trash them. Even after that, when I start IKPM, it's still displaying that library as installed.
Second question: Can I get rid of Philharmonik 2 CE if I have Philharmonik 2? Again, how would I go about properly uninstalling/deleting that?
Third question: Is there a customer support email or is this forum the only way to get software help?
