What it means is that you have 180 days from the time of purchase to download the sound content installers for all of the products in Total Studio 3.5 MAX from the IK Product Manager. After this time, you will need to buy a reactivation token (found here:
https://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/i ... activation) in order to download the sound content installers again.
You can use your JamPoints for $3 off, so it would cost you $7 instead of $10.
In short, this will only be a problem if you don't download everything you want within the next 5 months.
