SampleTank 4 Arpeggiator Trigger

In the Arpeggiator/Strummer/Phraser window, the trigger function is set to "now", is greyed out and cannot be changed. I submitted a support request 9 days ago, but have not received a response. Any help on making this function work will be greatly appreciated.

I am pretty sure that it is only relevant in the plug-ins, not the standalone program.

As this is primarily a user to user forum, someone-else may chime in [#]. Meanwhile, the best thing to do is reply to the email from Support requesting a progress report. Response time is usually within 2 working days (US (East Coast) Business hours, generally), but in the current circumstances please allow some more time.
