Using SampleTank 4 Standalone - Volume Issue [Resolved]

Hello All,

First time posting here, so here goes...

I just installed SampleTank 4. When using it as a plug-in in Garageband i can get sufficient volume, but when i use it as a standalone application the volume is pretty low and i can't seem to find how to increase the volume. I am using this software in conjunction with micro monitors and keys I/O 49 controller.

i know... the problem must be between chair and keyboard, but what am i missing?

I'm glad that you sorted it out. To ease my curiosity (and maybe help others with a similar problem) can you let us know what the solution was?

i was tipped off to what i might be missing by reading the syntronik manual.

i had to go into settings > audio/midi > set output device to the keys i/o 49.

after that, all the volume i could ask for.
