ST4 - Installation Madness Part 2

After i have to install all Libaries manually now i've got a lot of problems:
1. I authorize my ST4 via Authorization Manager but i get no access to ST 4 library
Of course, I add the library path of ST4 and ST3 (content) which i own some years

There is a "lock" picture over the ST4 picture.
If i click on the picture, i shall buy ST4?!
What?!

2. I don't see my ST3 imported samples like samplemoog, sampletron and so on
What should i do?
In the library column in ST4 i see ST3 imported picture. But no sounds like sampletron

3. ST3 works, but if i add AT4 library path, then it will not work.

So i have a lot of samples nothing works, puuuhhh man this is unbelieveable.
Any help ?

Please make sure you have run the sound library updates available in your IK User Area (should be 1.2 available in your sounds download list) and SampleTank 4.0.2 in your IK User Area as well.

If you've done so and you still experience these problems, please open a ticket with IK Support for direct official assistance via the link in my signature.

I'd also suggest removing your paths in the settings and re-adding them one at a time before contacting support as well.

Library Update was done by me, forgot to write.

So i deinstall ST4, and re-install it, 4.02 and library 4.02, but again same issue...

I have Sampletank 3 libraries in
E:\Libraries\IKM\SampleTank 3

and i install all ST4 libraries in path
E:\Libraries\IKM\Sampletank 4
Samples path is irritating me, ...IKM\Sampletank 4\Samples\Sampletank 4

I'm frustrated now, install many hours.

So what is the right installation process of this ST4?
And then, how can i imported legacy instruments like Sampletron?

Other problem, i got no access to ST4 libraries, in ST4 there is a "lock sign" over the ST4 picture?
But i authorized ST4?
What can i do?

just did it.

I deinstall all ST4 program files and installed ST4 libraries
