[SOLVED] Upgrading STse to ST3 Won't Show New Instruments...

After spending many hours trying to install and then reinstall the upgrade I bought from Sampletank 3 SE to the ST3, I'm finding it frustratingly impossible to have SE disappear from the ST3 browser.

Not only that, but after installing all 8(!) multi GB parts that aren't attached to the main app, the "new" ST3 refuses to see anything new in the Browser, eventhough the new Instruments are clearly in their proper place where they were installed.

Very frustrating. Spent my whole afternoon trying to make this work, and it simply will not. It only keeps the SE version showing, and the new full ST3 Instruments will not show in the Browser.

Any help would be very appreciated.

Hello JTinAshland and welcome to the forum.

I'm sorry to hear about your troubles.

Just to check:
(a) you did Authorize ST3 using the supplied Serial Number?
(b) you have rebuilt the database cache (by clicking the circular arrow button in the ST3 Browser)?

Also, the ST3 SE software program is the same as the ST3 program - the authorization controls what can be loaded.
