Samle Tank 4 Libraries are not working

Hello

[mod redaction: unnecessary] I bought yesterday ST4 SE version, I installed all 30 GB content and ... nothing works.

It is allways writing this message:
Instrument ST4 Error. Cannot locate Tank at path '/Volumes/Graphic/SampleTank/Samples/17 Ethnic/Gu Zheng/Gu Zheng Bends.pak'.

So many problems with library install. Any idea what to do with this?

Same problem so disappointed spent so much time installing instruments and not in the path

Hi, maybe it helps. The content of ST 3 libraries I installed finally by copying in to the folder. It must be in this location yourfolder/samples
SE 3 will start to work. Now I am going to discover how to repair installation of ST4 libraries. It doesn't appear in the ST4 interface.
But ... I am very disappointed too

Yes ~I have this problem too..
Installed into the Sampletank 4 folder "correctly as it likes to point out!" but when you open it up there's nothing in the instrument folder at all ! Unlike the Sampletank 3 and
Syntronik files. They still work in the programme. Must be a problem with the download?

Things to check

1) you are running the most up-to-date version of ST4, currently 4.0.2
2) you have installed the latest sound library update, dependent on your version.
3) you have the SampleTank 3 and SampleTank 4 sound content folders separate within your IK Multimedia folder. Content from one should not be stored in the other.

If all this is correct and you still are having problems, please contact support using the above link.

Ensure you have installed the SampleTank 4 Instruments download. This is essentially the presets that connect the app with the sound content.

Ok everything works but when i load brass then a brass phrase ST4 crashes on my IMAC but other than that everything fine...98% there try for 100%

Glad to hear that your situation is improving. But for specific crashes, which are not reported as widespread, contact support and they will give you some one-to-one help.

I have it working scanning the public user files documents in C: and the file location i made up in F:.. Maybe they should of been installed together, i just wanted to know where they were to keep it tidy. One of the hard-drives is a SSD for programme's and the other is for documents.
Probably not the best way but it works but there's no multis now.. Im going to have to re-install now and find the best way to get the files to read each other.

Some of my libraries, which work in ST 3 are locked in ST 4 SE although they are activated in my account for this computer.
I own TOTAL STUDIO 2, but for example BRANDENBURG PIANO, BILLY COBHAM DUMS and some others are locked in ST 4 SE, but open in ST 3.
Has anybody else got the same problems or even a solution?
