Why is an authorized Syntronic Free not authorized in ST4

After installing ST4 I installed the Syntronic Free i found in my productlist.
I successfully authorized the standalone Version of Syntronic free and started than ST4 expecting, that the Library would be also authorized in ST4. But even while Syntronic has installed its Content in the same Sampletank 3 Folder where ST4 already installed all his content, the Library still appears to be not authorized and therefore not accessible in ST4, what's my mistake?

Same problem here. I submitted a ticket Feb 24 and so far no response beyond the computer generated "Support Ticket Opened" message.
