ST4 Library not available/Locked [Resolved by user]

The ST4 Library is not available. I've installed several of the files, but the library is locked. Trying to access the locked library, only takes me to IK Multimedias ST4 page, giving me the option to buy ST4.

I'm not happy.

I'm spending to much time trying to get this to work. I can't remember any other installations to be this difficult.

BTW: I could send a picture here, but don't know how.

Edit: The library is actually locked, with a little "lock" pictured. I have authorized ST4, and it occasionally work with the ST3 library (but need to keep re-adding the ST3 path after all attempts of installing the ST4 library)

If you have authorised the app and the Authorisation Manager is stating that the product is working with permanent unrestricted functionality and showing the correct serial number, then I would suggest you open a ticket with IK Official Support here https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/mi/

You may find that someone else chimes in with a suggestion, but it is always best to get a ticket open as well.

OK, Ticket opened.

Situation just as you describe. Authorization Manager states the product is working working with permanent unrestricted functionality.

Ticket closed. Issue solved itself by installing all sound files from scratch and then install a fresh ST4.

To bad there's no good description somewhere:

Like :

1. Install all soundfiles. "If you have purchased ST4 std, these are the files and the sequence they should be installed" "if you have purchased ST4 Max...bla bla bla...

2. Install ST4

3. Set the path by clicking ....bla bla bla
