Hammond B-3X Exits Almost Immediately After Opening

I recently built a new Windows 10 Pro machine and when I try to open the B-3X standalone program it shows the image of the instrument, then immediately exits. In addition, loading the VST3 plugin causes Studio One to hard crash.

Any help would be appreciated.
