I keep paying my Pianoverse fee but no ability to use Pian

This is regarding Pianoverse
I keep getting a revolving bill for it but whenever I load it it says no Sound Library yet I have all
of it downloaded and installed and authorized according to IK Product Manager.
What's up with that?

Which OS? Windows or mac? Did you install the sound library to its default location, or did you choose another folder to install it too? On my mac the sound library is located at Users/shared/ikMultimedia/Pianoverse.
Search for the folder that has inside the folders of your piano names. Go into settings in Pianoverse and select sound content. then point it to the correct folder and click rescan content.
