MIDI keyboard is not responding in SampleTank 4

I have started SampleTank4 in standalone mode, but the midi keyboard is not responding.
I can press the keys in the SampleTank app to play a sound.
I can also select the midi keyboard I am using in the Settings.
How do I get it to play?

The version of SanpleTank is 4.2.3,
The midi keyboard is a Keystaion 49 MK3.

A mi me pasó eso, tengo el Sampletank en mi Ipad y dejó de responder a un controlador midi USB externo. Despues de mucho tiempo sin respuesta, decidí resetear los ajustes del Ipad. Esto no hace que pierdas información ni programas, etc. lo hice y ahora funciona perfectamente. Lo de resetear los ajustes se hace en la pestaña de referencia. Te pregunta si lo quieres resetear desde cero, de fábrica, esto no es, solo resetear los ajustes. Te va a funcionar!!!!!

This happened to me, I have the Sampletank on my iPad and it stopped responding to an external USB midi controller. After a long time without response, I decided to reset the iPad settings. This does not cause you to lose any information or programs, etc. I did it and now it works perfectly. The resetting of the settings is done in the reference tab. It asks you if you want to reset it from scratch, from the factory, this is not it, just reset the settings. It will work for you!!!!
