Miroslav Philharmonik will not open due to dll error

Hi all...as above, I've contacted support but could not figure out how to include a screen shot..a bit like here, nothing happens if i click on img

any help much apreciated, thanks.

For Technical Support;
attach a screenshot fie (.png or similar) to any email reply that you receive from Support, even the auto-acknowledgement.

If the error is something to do with a "VPA" file, search this forum for the solution.
