1. Can I purchase Sampletank 3 from IK Multimedia?

2. if not and I purchase ST3 from a 3rd party, and they transfer account to me, will ST3 be in my products account for install and downloads, and it will authorize ok?

3. Also is it ok to purchase from a 3rd party that offers an account 'takeover' where I change email from them to me?
