Poking around a bit I don't see a clear path towards simply copy pasting everything over and telling Syntronik 2 to look in the new place for the files. Do you think there's a way to do that, or will I probably need to just uninstall and reinstall Syntronik 2 and point it to the new folder at that time? (Is there even a way to tell it to point to a different folder during installation?)

Yes.
Copy or Move the entire Syntronik 2 library to the new destination. In Syntronik 2's Preference Settings, remove the old library path and add the new one, No need to uninstall/reinstall.
When you are happy with the new library position, you can delete the old library.
