Reinstalling sampletank 4

Recently uninstalled sampletank 4 but can’t figure out how to reload it - on my product page it states it’s installed and authorised but no option to reinstall - have loaded all the sounds onto a external hard drive but need to get the application - an ideas please

When you say product page, do you mean in the Product Manager app?

What platform/OS are you using?

How/what did you uninstall originally?

Ok, so it sounds like you've just dragged the app to the trash to uninstall. Is that correct?

No uninstalled all then went to IK multimedia site to ‘my products’ downloaded sound packs for sampltank 3/4 and syntronik then downloaded the applications same way

What is the current status of your system? Have you now reinstalled the products?

Yes reinstalled sample tank 4 but when unpacking some sound pacs eg syntronik it crashed so can’t load some packs

What I’ve noticed it’s causing reason 11 to load really really slowly like at least a minute

I'm sorry to labour a point but it's still not particularly clear what you are doing.

No uninstalled all

This does not tell us how you've uninstalled. There is only one 'fool proof' way to uninstall IK products on a Mac. Any other way can lead to issues with the system still thinking that the apps are installed.

Does this mean that you have now successfully re-installed the app or are you still talking about the sound content. Please be more specific otherwise we're poking around in the dark for a solution.

It's probably wise to get ST4 etc working properly as standalone before involving a DAW in the process, as this can hamper the fault finding.
