Sampletank 4.1.0: groove player Trigger option Greyed out.

Im not sure whats going on. but i just updated to 4.1.0, though admittedly i didnt use the instrument that much even with older version. Bbut i noticed that i cant select any of the trigger options in any of the groove player options. Theres no drop down option and its therefore i cant even sync the triggering of the midi to the overall tempo. I have uninstalled the sampletank and reinstalled but its still greyd out. Is there something im doing wrong??

I am sorry to hear about the problems you are running into.

Meanwhile, the best thing to do is raise a Support Ticket, here for some one to one investigation and help (US (East Coast) Business hours, generally). Response time is usually within 2 working days, but in the current circumstances please cut them some slack.
