Sampletank 3 instruments in ST4

I only have the full version of Sampletank 3 and I have Sampletank4 CS and I also have Syntrink the free version.
Paths under sound content are:
Users/shared/IK Multimedia/Sampletank4
Users/shared/IK Multimedia/Sampletank3

As you did not Import any instruments into ST3, then you would not see anything in the "ST3 Import" library in ST4. Your screenshot is as expected.

And what do you have under the "SampleTank 3"? library

And you should have a "Syntronik Free" library icon too.

Are all three products Registered to your Account and Authorised?

Yes all 3 are registered. I dont have a Sampletank 3 library in there. It shows ST3Imported and Sampletank3 free and it has the download symbol(arrow pointing down)

Hmm. As you have the full version of ST3 and its library path is in ST4's paths list then it should definitely appear in ST4 as a "SampleTank 3" library.

I am out of ideas, so the best thing to do is raise a Support Ticket, here for some one to one investigation and help (US (East Coast) Business hours, generally). Response time is usually within 2 working days, but may be longer given the situation we all find ourselves in.

Please let us know how it gets resolved.

I'm in the same boat. When I point to the ST 3 directory...I get nothing. I had to re-download ST 3 SE into a new directory on an external and now that icon shows up (along with the ST 4 CS icon) and I have access to those instruments, but only the ST 3 SE and ST CS 4 instruments.

Pointing to my ST 3 folder nets nothing. So I can't get to all of my ST 2 L, ST 2 XT instruments that are within my ST 3 folder.

I even re-downloaded ST 2 L, and ST 2 XT and point to those folder directories and ST CS 4 still shows no icons or instruments for any of them.
