There was a temporary issue, but it is resolved now. Please Restore My Gear again in Custom Shop and you will have the gear. Thanks!

You do not see the three amps and cabs and one pedal listed in Custom Shop when you view your purchased gear?

Negative, clicking Restore My Gear doesn't load a new page. However clicking My Gear and Not Purchased, work just fine.

Very strange, I am not aware of any system issues so I would open a ticket with IK Support. Thanks.

Same here.
"Restore My Gear" just shows the same page as as "My Gear".

I would report this to IK Support, as I just tried using a test account and Gear --> Restore My Gear too a moment to run its process then returned me to My Gear with the new models listed. Are you sure they are not there? Note there are likely multiple pages of gear because there is already a good amount of gear included and the new British Invasion Bundle gear is on subsequent pages.

Can you please provide a list of the additional gear that is supposed to get listed after we add the British Invasion Bundle and the Metallipack.

I can't seem to any new amps when I go to my Amplitube 4.

Sorry to say this but your process is very confusing for a person just starting out.

The British Invasion gear is listed at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/atbritish/

Metallipack gear is listed at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/atmetallipack/

If the gear is not added automatically when you purchase and register (which normally occurs) you can do the Gear --> Restore My Gear mentioned above. If that does not work, please contact IK Support at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/mi/ and they will assist you directly.

Thanks Peter.

The additional gear from this pack seems to be mixed within a long list (and menus/sub menus) of the 'complete' gear that is available for Amplitube under Custom Shop.

How is one supposed to navigate to it directly ? Right now for every other option that I select I get an error message that one or the other component is missing!! And since all the options (both installed gear and yet-to-buy gear) are listed right next to each other it is easy to get lost.

Is there a better way of doing this that I might have missed out?'

Thank you for your help.

You can find any of the gear from these collections listed on the pages I posted and then you can browse through the listings for each type of component (amp, cab, fx, etc) to the desired models.

Presets are installed that use gear from other collections and some that is available a la carte in Custom Shop in order to allow you to easily try the gear that you don't have and buy it if you like it, rather than starting from scratch.

The steps you mentioned are not intuitive and result in a lot of wasted time for someone starting out with your software.

"You can find any of the gear from these collections listed on the pages I posted and then you can browse through the listings for each type of component (amp, cab, fx, etc) to the desired models."

This assumes that I have the browser ready at hand and also have time to do a back and forth between the software and the browser.

Please consider that gear names are easily remembered by your team members since they work on it day in and out. However, for someone starting out it just becomes a labyrinth of titles and hovering (and careful positioning) of the mouse over layers and layers of menus and sub-menus for navigation.

Adding to what I wrote above:

A lot of users might be having computers that are not always connected to the internet. So if you create a dependency on the browser then it creates just another bottleneck.

These are special bundles of gear from different bundles or similar. With actual Collections you will find the gear categorized. Keeping tabs on what was purchased in this case is at this time a bit of a small inconvenience for the savings (or if you got it free). This is part of the reason most of these types of as hoc bundles are no longer available.
